Request a Reservation

There are several ways you can request a reservation on a High Country Passage program.

Call

Call 1-800-395-3288 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific time.

Fax

Print our reservation form and fax it to 1-415-901-8140, attention Passenger Services.

Email

Email your name, phone number, and the program you're interested in to info@hcptravel.com. Please do not include any payment information in your email. When we receive your information, a Passenger Services Specialist will call you to complete the reservation. Your credit card information will be taken at that time; if you wish to make you deposit by check, we will tell you how. Please note that you should not consider your place on the trip confirmed until you are so informed by a Passenger Services Representative.
