  • Flights can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the departure time may not qualify for refunds.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are subject to airline policies and fare conditions.
  • Non-refundable tickets are ineligible for refunds.
  • Refund processing times vary by airline but typically take 7–14 business days.

4. Cancellation Fees

  • A cancellation fee may apply based on the airline’s fare rules.
  • MyTripTravels Inc. reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for processing cancellations.

5. Flight Modifications

  • If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., date or time changes), additional charges may apply based on airline policies.

6. Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Discounted or promotional fares are often non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Force Majeure

  • In case of disruptions due to natural disasters, political events, or other unforeseeable circumstances, refunds or rebooking will be handled in compliance with the airline’s policies.
