1. Flight Booking Cancellations

  • All flight bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund rules of the respective airline.

  • Service fees charged by HCP Travel at the time of booking are non-refundable.


2. How to Request a Cancellation

  • Provide your booking reference number, passenger name(s), and travel date.

  • We will process the request as per the airline’s policy and confirm by email.


3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued only after confirmation from the airline or service provider.

  • Refund amounts will be credited to the original payment method used at booking.

  • Processing timelines may take 7–21 working days depending on the airline and payment provider.


4. Date Changes & Rebooking

  • Changes such as travel dates, passenger names, or routes are subject to airline rules and additional charges.

  • HCP Travel cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after ticket issuance.


5. Hotel Bookings & Other Services

  • Hotel cancellations and refunds depend on the terms of the hotel or supplier.

  • Any non-refundable deposits or fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


6. No-Show Policy

  • If a passenger does not show up for a flight or hotel stay, the booking will be treated as a no-show and refunds may not apply.


7. Service Fees

  • HCP Travel’s service fees are charged for processing, support, and technology. These fees are non-refundable even if the booking is canceled or changed.
